file encryption #46

e.g. gpg for storing private files even on public facing server

I've been thinking about this, and it would definitely be branching out of "do one thing and do it well", there's already an encrypt option on right-click that'll deal with the complicated matter of encryption, so if you want to upload private files, encrypt it first, then upload it.
