Add docker & nginx reverse proxy

nginx reverse proxy to provide:

• http2
• gzip compression
• url redirects / rewrites

docker-compose up links app image & reverse proxy to allow prod-like https testing on localhost

Run Chrome with --unsafely-treat-insecure-origin-as-secure flag to get service worker working
