Edit Profile: display revisions

In testing and reviewing the current Edit Profile form, we want to make some revisions to the form display.

School/Division This element does not seem to contain any data in the Profile view. There also does not seem to be a field for this in the user function in Django Admin.

• [x] Remove this element from display in the Profile

Other Affiliations

• [x] Please remove the word "Other", so faculty can enter whatever Emory or other affiliation they want

External Links

• [x] Please revise the text to say "External Links (e.g. Departmental web site, etc.)" - remove iTunes lectures.

Due to competing projects, we are moving this into the Backlog for now.

@rotated8 and I discussed this in a capacity planning meeting 8/3. We would like to address this item during the project timeline (by 8/31).

Looks great @alexBLR ! Unrelated to these changes I am seeing some bugginess on the Profile edit form again, but will try to document it as a known issue and if others report it, it could be a future operational maintenance item.
