Browse by Authors (production) slow load and timeout #204

A recent test indicates a curl on the page takes 58 seconds to load:

curl -o /dev/null -s -w %{time_total}\n https://open.library.emory.edu/publications/authors/

Closing this because we want to understand if it is a widespread problem and this has not been reported in previous usage or testing.
