Review Queue sort order reversed in production #207

A while back we briefly made a change to the sort order in the Review Queue in the test environment, but SCO confirmed they did not actually want that change, so we re-set it.

Since our deploy to prod today, the Review Queue is now showing newest items first, but SCO wants to keep the order as oldest deposits first.
