Testopen: ConnectionReset error when uploading a new file (Fedora QA/OS upgrade testing) #226

When attempting to create a new work in testopen, I am receiving an error during the file upload process.

ConnectionError at /publications/new/ ('Connection aborted.', ConnectionResetError(104, 'Connection reset by peer'))

Steps:

  1. Login to testopen
  2. Navigate to Dashboard
  3. Select Upload New Document
  4. Select Poster as the type
  5. Upload a PNG image
  6. Click Continue
  7. See error (see attachment of full error)

ConnectionError at -publications-new-.pdf

Beth was able to upload a file, and I was able to upload a different file, so this may have been a temporary hiccup. https://testopen.library.emory.edu/publications/emory:rr37j/ created as expected.
