Make "wayfinder" optional on Landing pages #273

The example below demonstrates a required element at the bottom for a "wayfinder" box:

This issue is currently tagged "question" because content editors may in fact be able to find a way to fill these boxes for the established landing pages.

This is no longer applicable as the Landing page is phased out in Phase 2.
