Consider providing free form text in the sidebar

The DEI committee requested free form text that could appear in the sidebar of the page. The text is provided below as an example of what it is that folks might want.

Currently our sidebar only allows for:

• a list of links with a heading and icon
• an explore list of links with a heading and a blue box
• a card with some text and a button

Their use case for free form text does not fall within the current template designs
