Update hours.json to include more examples #329

Currently the hours.json file only has one semester's worth of hours for a single library. Update it so that there are at least two semesters for at least two libraries.

@kristianserrano added new data (two semesters worth) for a new location in his local instance, but that also surfaced a bug. Rather than showing just one option for each semester, it’s showing an option for each semester for each location. he's working on a fix.

i made a random guess of the points value. please feel free to update that to make it match reality.
