Update breadcrumbs for contrast #394

The breadcrumb links throughout libraries.emory.edu are too small for optimal contrast at the current color specification. Recommend changing the text to #336B36, with #004990 for hover.

moved to the backlog. need to determine if this is a problem on the website or if it was just a problem with the breadcrumbs for emory digital collections.
