Update all templates to use the "Search Menu" organism #398

related to the discussion emory-libraries/web-redesign#284 and issue emory-libraries/web-redesign#290 the search-menu organism is not appearing on any of the templates. Update the templates so that they are pulling from the search-menu organism.
