Update Aeon plug-in #150

This update should not be started until the new revised plug-in is released on May 18.

We need to apply an update to the Aeon plug-in to both prod and test that addresses photoduplication functionality. We're on a pre-release of the plug-in right now).

The new release (that we can fork into our own plug-in repository) is here: https://github.com/AtlasSystems/ArchivesSpace-Aeon-Fulfillment-Plugin/releases/tag/20230515 . Configuration settings can remain the same.

I am still testing this since I'm not seeing the promised photoduplication functionality. I've reached out to Atlas to see why (I think this is their issue, not ours).

@abelemlih : Do we need a new ticket for the deploy since the configuration for Aeon will need to point to our Aeon prod instance, not test?

Atlas reports that the above functionality is due to the fact that our webpage was not updated properly during the latest Aeon deploy. They are fixing that and I am signing off on this story.
