Determine the requirements for the ASpace discovery layer homepage. This includes:
[x] Navigation bar: display options, terminology
[x] Site name and welcome text (above the search bar)
[x] Search message and scoping options: the greyed out text in the search boxes and the drop down options
[x] Any additional text / images above the footer. This might include searching guidance, policies, or any other information.

Note that the header will be a standard header at Emory similar to Library Search and cannot be altered.
