We are currently basing our online availability off of two record datafields: tag="856" or tag="AVE". This item's availability record, found below, has neither. Interestingly, it does have a datafield with tag="INT"--is this another field we should test for as well?
Alma Intellectual Entity ID – Stored in the header of the published record, and used as the base for the record ID in Primo:
<header status="new">
<identifier>urm_publish:21239404420001021</identifier>
</header>
@lovinscari With @lisahamlett providing that research above, that means the "INT" field is just reaffirming that we'd classify this item as physical-only, since the "P" in the only "a" tag available indicates a physical item. Should we try to update this record in Alma, or maybe reach out to ExLibris to help with why this record's not showing as an online resource?
Because it IS a physical item:
It is a lost book:
As discussed in team meeting, we see that there are two records in Blacklight but they are deducing together on the services page. Search result including the two distinct records: https://search.libraries.emory.edu/?utf8=✓&search_field=keyword&q=Pizza+and+pizza+chefs+in+Japan+a+case+of+culinary+globalization
When researching the actions available with an item deemed Not Available, I found MMS ID - 990017055500302486 as showing Not Available. However, the item also has an electronic version available. I would like to know why the electronic item was not showing as available within the search results as shown below.
The Services Page View shows an electronic option available.
