Update broken links to website's Materials pages #1249

After the Drupal migration, the links for the Materials pages have changed which impacts the work we did in #416.

On the Single Item View page, the Learn more about... links in the right column need to be updated to match the new URL pattern.

Please also add additional materials pages options as noted for:
