Deploy ISSN/ISBN Solr changes to arch

• [ ] Deploy branch with changes to arch (Ayoub)
• [ ] Create new Solr core with new config from arch (Beth/Kaeln)
• [ ] Change arch to use the new Solr core (Beth/Kaeln)
• [ ] Start a full reindex of arch using the smaller Alma collection (Ayoub)
• [ ] Test the front-end to ensure changes are working (Ayoub)

• We should backup the old core before we change over, and if this is successful, we can delete it.
