CI Updates #1350

Fixes the CircleCI warning about using outdated images, and removes Yarn commands, since yarn.lock is missing.

@abelemlih- I'd like to remove the second commit. I think all that's missing is a yarn.lock file. Can you get the one from prod to add to git?
