Broken links on Help/Contacts page #1390

A couple links need updating on the Help page. They are producing Page Not Found errors:

Libraries Hours - change to https://libraries.emory.edu/hours Find a Subject Librarian - change to https://libraries.emory.edu/contact/subject-librarian-directory
