EPIC: Q2 2024 UX issues for testing in features dashboard #1399

MarketAde recommended a number of changes based on user testing in Fall 2023; however, many of these need additional user validation. Can we implement the following in a test environment (perhaps using the feature toggle in from the admin area of blacklight)?
