Manifests failing to generate

I'm having the same issue as I had in ticket 2154 where I can't get manifests to generate for works that I have added and/or deleted filesets from after ingest. I'm seeing the same errors referenced in the linked ticket. These are the works:

I've completed the clean-up of all of the works above. I've learned that I shouldn't stack manifest regenerations the hard way (especially if they have 300+ filesets). So at least half haven't completed the regens yet.
