Expand file types supported for IIIF image delivery #10

Is your feature request related to new functionality not yet included in the product? Please describe. Our IIIF server currently supports a limited range of image file types, but we have discovered its current configuration does not support JP2. Additionally, we can't currently render PDF files in the Universal Viewer.

Support for JPEG 2000 images was completed on 7/14/22. The PDF investigation will be moved to a separate request, because our current IIIF manifest building process excludes PDFs as image content.
