Speed up the ingest rate for books #5

Is your feature request related to a problem or a change to existing functionality? Please describe. With our current bulk ingest process, books take anywhere from 4 hours to 3 days to ingest (much slower than images). Given that the majority of our ingest queue is now books, we need to speed this up in order to keep pace with our backlog of thousands of digitized books.

How will this impact users? A clear and concise description of how many and which types of users would benefit from this feature, or any who may be negatively impacted by the change.

Staff depositors benefit by being able to process more books each week. End users and Collection Managers benefit from being able to access the digitized material more quickly. Collection Managers have increasingly requested book digitization over other materials and this enhancement will help us get through a queue of thousands of already digitized books more quickly.

Additional context We have already invested some effort to speed up ingest rate. Additional tickets have already been written for the Curate product under this epic.

Summer 2022 work on this will include a test of the Bulkrax importer.
