[x] For all Tools menus (Collection and Work pages) links are provided in accordance with the below wireframe.

[x] Feedback links to https://emory.libwizard.com/f/dlp-feedback
[x] Reduce vertical padding around links - all blocks should be similar height to Bookmarks
