app/views/shared/_footer_branding.html.erb: adds the title "Emory Libraries" to the link.
app/views/shared/_footer_branding_logo.html.erb: ensures that user receives title, even if they hover over the logo only.
config/locales/en.yml: makes the title a localization.
spec/*: tests the footer to make sure title is delivered.
