Adjusts the Explore Our Collections link to only find Source Collections (#684). #689

app/views/catalog/_explore_collections.html.erb: adds the requirement that visibility is open.
spec/system/front_page_spec.rb: checks that link exists and has the right query limiters.

In the original ticket, Emily mentioned that a way of denoting which collections would be Source are those that are public. Just following her option. I tried making a query finding Collections with source_collection_id empty, but that clause wasn't passed along in the query.

The only other thing I can do is make a solr field on the Lux side that checks for the existence of source_collection_id and passes true/false, but I just went with the recommended easier path.
