Searchbox is not visible in mobile view #725

Viewing digital prod on an iPhone 13 (Safari), the search box is not visible.

The search box should display similarly to how it does in Library Search:

@eporter23 I've attached a screenshot of my current alterations. For just the search bar, I've pretty much matched the spacing. I'm not sure if you'd like me to go further. The hamburger location, border rounding, and select/text box spacing doesn't match. If you'd like any of those (or other elements) changed, please let me know.

@bwatson78 I think this looks much better for now. I wouldn't want to too far without doing a wireframe, and this restores needed functionality!
