Gemfile*: updates
webdrivers
and
honeybadger
to eliminate errors/deprecations that show during rspec.
app/views/*: swaps out to new wiki homes for the target pages.
spec/requests/contact_spec.rb: changes one link expectation.
spec/spec_helper.rb: removes bandaid that was previously stopping ChromeDriver errors, but no longer work.
webdriversandhoneybadgerto eliminate errors/deprecations that show during rspec.
