Makes the alternate id search faster,

• app/services/self_deposit/custom_queries/find_all_object_ids_with_alternate_ids_present.rb: makes the solr query select the objects with alternate_ids field values. Also avoids pulling the object within the search, and returns ids instead.
• app/services/self_deposit/custom_queries/find_all_objects_with_alternate_ids_present.rb, config/initializers/hyrax.rb, and spec/services/self_deposit/custom_queries/find_all_object_ids_with_alternate_ids_present_spec.rb: renames the query to reflect what it returns.
• app/services/self_deposit/valkyrie_object_remediation_service.rb: makes the service work with an array of ids rather than a collection of objects.
