Post Migration Review? Duplicate records generated

Please replace the things in italics (like this).

I believe there is a problem with two migrated recvords, because when a user does the following:

Steps to reproduce the behavior, like _1. Log in_as a user or superuser 2. Click on 'search for a record' by name 3. Scroll down to 'results' 4. See error

they expected

to see one record for their query

but instead

a duplicate record was generated.

I believe this affects a small amount of our users because they are only two records I found, so far, that have duplicate records, and they are a qualifier impacted because another reason.
