Now that I am being CC'd, I can see that the important information in the text is missing/Change the language in the 60-day, 7-day, and Today email embargo expiration notifications. #46

Please replace the things in italics (like this).

I believe there is a problem with the embargo expiration email notifications, because when Emory Alumni receive either a 60-day, 7-day, and Today embargo expiration notification. does the following:

Steps to reproduce the behavior, like _1. Log in_to alum's non-Emory email account 2. Click on 'Emory Email expiration notification' 3. Scroll down to 'email and read the contents' _4. See error_These actions should ideally display updated text

they expected

current post-migration email instructions in the text

but instead

Alum received outdated and incorrect instructions and text.

I believe this affects ALL of our Alumni users because they need to contact the current and correct department to extend their embargo, and they are mostly impacted because the outdated text provides the wrong information.

I am attaching a Word document with the Corrected language and information on the original Ticket. EmailCorrectionLanguage.docx rd document with the Current language and the corrected language.

Good Morning.

I just received a copy of the ETD Embargo notifications for 60-day expiration. I notice that the most important part of the text is missing in the the email notice. Plus, the email is directing the alum to go to their Inbox to view their ETD record. Since graduation, they no longer have access to their notifications. See screenshot of what I was copied on this weekend.

screen shot 2019-02-04 at 8 02 08 am

All notifications text should include this attached text: I include the text of the word.document text that I originally attached to this ticket.

EmailCorrectionLanguage.docx

SO far this applies to the 60 day notifications. I have not seen the 7-day or day of notifications. Is there a way I could sit down with y'all to look at the current text the system is using? It may make things a bit easier to fix.

Any questions, please let me know.

Many thanks!
