Some considerations: Is this request page only applicable to Woodruff? How is the solution designed in order to incorporate purchase requests for other libraries? Do all libraries currently have request forms?

We do get requests from other libraries, but the original intent is for Woodruff. There are some purchase request forms for other libraries. Perhaps the web content governance group could gather any additional purchase requests under one page. I would argue that patrons don't always differentiate when making a request. I can pursue via web content governance, as I think all libraries would benefit.
