Implement LibKey Discovery in Articles+ #46

This is a request to implement LibKey Discovery into the Articles+ interface. Doing so would streamline access to fulltext articles by enabling direct one-click access to the PDF or HTML when we have access to content on the publisher's platform. These links would appear on the search results page and in the item record. LibKey Discovery can also display links to UnPaywall PDFs and to the journal issue's table of contents (BrowZine). Emory already has access to this product through an existing contract with Third Iron for their suite of LibKey/BrowZine products; therefore, there is no cost to add this service.

Implementation is relatively simple. Some pre-existing code needs to be added to the Articles+ view in PrimoVE. Instructions
