This PR updates README.md with all relevant characteristics of each sensor being used:

Framerate for each sensor based on collected data
Measurement characteristics for each sensor

There is still missing info on the following sensors:

UBX GPS sensor
Pupil Labs Gaze missing measurement characteristics
VR-Alfama specific sensors missing frame rate and characteristics:
- Omnicept biometric data
- VR transform Unity position and orientation data
- Unity Image
