VR Alfama modifications

This is an issue to track the to-do list of modifications related to the VR Alfama project.

• [x] All control should be done just with right controller
• [x] Transparency on UI menu during point to origin
• [x] UI menus should be larger, but don't fill whole screen - still need some peripheral vision
• [x] Larger pointer (or user settable pointer size)
• [x] Add support for setting the environment type (optimistic vs. adverse) on each session
• [x] Update the pluma-vr package with modified components to facilitate git transfer
• [x] Logging of px position when point to map
• [x] Hide pointer cursor on map when not in use
• [x] Potentially need a world position to px position for debugging purposes (for map), can test with a mode where you spawn on map point position
• [x] Conversion of px position to world space automatically based on orthographic view and px position
