Add Empatica Streaming Server setup instructions #92

Either on main readme or in protocol there should be a section explaining how to install and run the Empatica Streaming Server and make sure that empatica E4 wristband is paired.

Also protocol.md should be renamed to something like protocol-outedoor.md and a protocol-VR.md needs also to be created.
