Icons for actions #8

  1. Add buttons with icons for dashboard, columns, tasks
  2. Add basic layout

Need to install npm i bootstrap-icons

The requirements say about a sticky header, you made a sticky footer, the question is how much it is needed, but if anything, then we will redo it. Not everywhere there are icon animations on :hover, you should add them. The icons and cards themselves look good.
