Things we could add to make the docker even more useful

• [ ] apt-get install texlive-xetex for PDF generation support
• [ ] apt-get install inkscape for image conversion to supported formats during PDF generation
• [ ] (https://github.com/kirbs-/hide_code)[Hide Code Extension] so cells can be hidden from PDF generation (still messing around with this)

I know at some point we talked about the latex install blowing up the docker size. I'm wondering if there's a lighter-weight version we could use... haven't looked into that yet though.

agree it would make things more useful, and may even be worth the image size increase, but at least at the time I was bumping into docker image size issues on unraid. I'll look into this too...
