Add a note field to the reservation node type #47

This one should be simple. It seems like it would be a good idea to include an note field on reservations so people can include things like "I reserved three bays because I'm supervising two new brewers" or "My schedule is flexible so let me know if you really need to brew this day and I can reschedule."

I think this is a good idea, where were we thinking the note would be displayed? Somewhere on the calendar (a rollover would be nice if we could swing it), or just on the node page itself? That node has no theme, so we could just display it easy enough. Thoughts?

You know anything about the fullcalendar system and a way we could work up a roll-over?

I think just on the node page. My thinking is that this will only be used in cases where someone is reserving multiple bays at once, and if someone is irritated about that and wants to know what gives, they can click through to see the explanation.

I don't know much about fullcalendar, but we can figure it out if we need to. I don't think it'll be worth the effort for this one.
