PvP/PvE Submission image/button clipping #145

On the PvP/PvE submission screen, the button for uploading and the screenshot previews go off the right side of the screen when the window is small. This issue also occurs with the player roster on the same screen. I was able to correct that on my end by adding flex-wrap: wrap to the .mt-3 and .mb-0 css definitions. I'm not sure if this is something that could be added there, to the .columns definition, or somewhere else to be most effective.

A similar issue is found on the screen once a screenshot has been submitted with the buttons to "Submit another...", "Submit a new...", and "Return to management" going off the screen. I have not been able to identify any quick CSS fixes for this.
