Revamp Battle Center page #163

Per previous conversations in JV Chat, I'm requesting that we revamp the Battle Center main to remove any obsolete information and include a few links that would help new SP pilots with some of the most commonly asked questions.

Specifically, https://wiki.emperorshammer.org/TIE_Corps_Zip_Installation_Guide should be added in Section 1 where .zip installation is talked about. You could probably remove a lot of what is said there, as the article covers in fairly well.

Also, this article could replace most of what is in Section 1 about EHBL - https://wiki.emperorshammer.org/TIE_Corps_New_Member_Guide#Custom_Missions

Additionally, there is a new article that is specifically dedicated to troubleshooting tips for the SP games listed here - https://wiki.emperorshammer.org/Troubleshooting:_Games. This should be placed prominently somewhere, as the goal is to have that article be a repository of all unintuitive things that needs to be done to get the SP games working properly.

Feel free to reach out to me for input, if you'd like. I'm more than happy to assist with restructuring things.

As part of this effort, one thing I think we'll look at is improving the overall documentation particularly on the Wiki. It's currently spread out over a number of locations and articles. (For example, having the Custom Missions instructions integral to the TC New Member Guide isn't ideal.)

We should probably build out an outline, and then will be able to move the bits into the appropriate places.
