Add Officer Reports option to Daily Digest Email #165

In an effort to reduce the need for emailing reports, can we add the option to have a link to squadron reports sent to your email or daily digest in the Notification Preferences area. I would like to get all the reports that the email group gets as I like reading other squadron and ship reports still, so I would prefer for it to include all reports in that timeframe.

Just that would make me happy and do the job, but an extra feature some might appreciate is being able to choose which reports to get, maybe have the option for Chain of Command, Battlegroup, or TC?

Adding on to this existing issue rather than opening a new one that's similar, I think my poll on https://discord.com/channels/293177599549505536/725377640248377345/1237575988112785438 is going to point towards CMDR+ mostly not being interested in emailing their reports to the entire Corps via the Google Group anymore. Some pilots like receiving reports from other units via email, though, and it'd be nice to make that happen even if the reporting officers only submit their reports to the site.

Could we have A) reports submitted to the site be emailed automatically to the members of that unit and also B) pilots that have opted-in to receiving reports from that unit? That relies on the site being able to pass the report's HTML or Markup coding into an email without too many issues for A to work, which might be a tall order. B would add a lot of notification options to everyone's list.

With today's changes to reports (specifically pushing them to Discord with tagged roles), do you think this is still needed?
