need a cool down feature for autograded exams that are failed. Too many members brute-forcing their way through it to tell if they really understand the material. considering it's TCCORE mainly, a solid understanding should be shown.
preferable to have each failed attempt increase the cool down timer, encouraging the pilot to take the time to actually review the material.
possible future feature: after [x] amount of failed attempts, pilot has the exam locked and can only be unlocked by the TO or CA:TO, encouraging the pilot to reach out and communicate if they have any issues understanding the material.
