Add fiction word count to Pilot Statistics and Ranks metrics #193

As we know we have quite a few prolific writers in the club, and some who are notoriously known to write large amounts of stories at length.

I was thinking that since we have fictions uploadable on the website and it tracks word count (and verified word count?), that it would be cool to see a statistics page for most words written per member.

One thought occured that people could abuse this by uploading spam but that could be mitigated by the verified word count (who verifies the word count?). At any rate, it would be a neat, low priority, metric that pilots could view on the website

The fiction functionality is currently somewhat of a skeleton to be further fleshed out (I covered it in a news post or report or something at one point. Eventually the validated word count will be determined by an authorized reviewer, and then that would be usable for activity recognition within the club.)

Regarding adding the counts to some kind of stats page, I'll tag it as an enhancement for when I get time to work on the overall fiction improvements.
