Convert to hierarchical schematic #12

You have an impressive amount of detail in here! Very cool.

Feel free to commit directly to master, or just keep doing this PR. Whatever you'd prefer. There's no build to break here.

@flaviut thanks :) yeah, the missing pieces are now things need need to be buzzed out :( I'll leave it open for a few days, in case someone buzzes out some things and can fill in some details for me. Especially around the atsam. Hoping someone on that discussion thread will do so :)

If not, we can merge it next week and I can pick it up when I have my own stuff and I'll do it myself :)
