first focus #36

The first time the autocomplete field gets focus, and then loses focus, the 'start to type...' remains visible.. to remove it, the user must click back into the autocomplete field (giving it focus again) and then give focus to another item on the page before the 'start to type...' disappears.. this can be seen in the demo.

you can fix it by either writing a option {complete_focus:true} or using the fix here: https://github.com/dremelofdeath/FCBKcomplete/commit/f81e36e08727691e06f7da77b60b24208b0d7362
