Support for local JSON data

Instead of fetching json data from a url, use a locally cached copy instead passed at page render time. Good for small datasets.

@nickdevereaux I am sorry - how is this done again? Is there any documentation on how to use an existing array instead of json_url?

@kalmanh it's been a long time sorry. I think it works by creating/assigning a element and populating that with the array, and then targeting this library at it.
