Notes

This was a result from the SME usability testing in sprints 06/08.

Acceptance criteria

[x] user can see and understand the rules while creating the application and is encouraged to read them through the design
[x] user flow diagram is updated

Tasks

[x] update content on guidelines pages based on the application form rules page (will/jane)

Definition of Done

[x] Code unit / e2e tested and comply with QWASP
[x] No new security vulnerabilities
[x] Internal team code review
[x] Documentation / readme.md / CircleCI updated
[x] Docker updated
[x] Compare finished design with mockup
[ ] Usability tested

Christmas tree cutting section - add "remove live branches from the stump" Do not cut trees section - add two more things: "within administrative sites". and "within summer home/recreation residence areas" for the CR and ZZ Ranger Districts - change to "Highway 26 and Highway 224" and change to "Roads 2627 and 2627-207"
