Notes

The page title is not meaningful or unique for each screen "US Forest Service ePermit".

This may fall into Single Page App. No page title change possible. If so, please just close this with that explanation.

Add the h1 text to the front of that page title so it reads "Update District Dates - US Forest Service ePermit"
