As a member of the public, when I click on "forest or district map" in the How to Plan your trip section I expect to be taken to a map for the Forest I selected without waiting for a page reload wait. #635

Notes

Currently, clicking on that link, the user is taken to the text portion of "Where to cut your tree". Currently, when I click on the link while on the Mt. Hood page, I am directed to the ARNF cutting area maps.

I think the FS admin goal is to ensure the user has a Forest or District map with them which serves a different purpose than cutting area maps.

**Bring a [forest or district map](/christmas-trees/forests/arp/#tree-locations) with you.** Don’t
rely on GPS because it may not be up-to-date with forest service roads.

above should like to the maps-pubs on the forest site not the cutting area maps on the christmas tree site

So if you're on the Mt. Hood NF page, and you click on the "map" hyperlink you'll be directed off of the epermit page and taken here: https://www.fs.usda.gov/main/mthood/maps-pubs

Correct? and same for the "maps and travel publications" link?

sadlerw commented 6 years ago

yep - both of those links go to the forest maps-pubs

This is on staging now @ASprinkle and @JaneZC for your review.
