Set up the technology solutions required for this front end focussed project using the React.js view library and ES6.

To Do

[ ] Task Runner
[ ] Linter
[ ] Local Webserver for development
[ ] Deployment for production (including uglified bundle)
Compilers/Watchers
[ ] Sass to CSS compiler
[ ] Transpiler (jsx -> ES6 -> ES5)
